I often hear people complaining that Ellen is either miscast or plays "always" the same character like 'Juno' or 'Ariadne' or 'Hayley'.

Apparently, some people are never satisfied.



OT: Now that I think about it: Kristen Stewart is always miscast AND plays always the same role as in 'Twilight' (SCNR)

In this case, she was not out of role. But if you know the potential and the past roles (above all in movie looks like "An American crime", "Hard Candy" and "Mouth to mouth") of this actress, you (we) can't not admit that this role is very low respect to the others.
And i repeat, in the first place the entire movie sucks.
