There's no doubting the fact that the plot of 'Super' is remarkably close to the plot of the much loved 'Kick-Ass' so in order to help promote 'Super' and help people to notice the differences, we should make a list:

1. 'Super' has Ellen Page.
2. 'Super' also has a terrific ensemble cast that all care about the movie.
3. James Gunn is one of the most dedicated film-makers out there at the moment.
4. 'Super' will be a lot more gritty and realistic than 'Kick-Ass' was.
5. Having said that, it will also be a lot gorier and packed with dark laughs.
6. 'Super' was written before 'Kick-Ass'.
7. 'Super' has a much smaller budget meaning usually, what you see is what you get, no crummy computer effects.
8. It's already been picked for official selection at TIFF.
9. Indie films are usually better written than those with a substantial budget (meaning better dialogue)
10. Boltie kicks Hit-Girl's ass.
11. Libby will take psychotic young girls to a new level.
12. In 'Super', the main character is substantially older than in 'Kick-Ass'.

Please add more, this is as far as I got.
In the country dead bodies live in swamps and ditches and shallow graves. A man dumps the body of a girl in a ditch. The body rotts melts into slime. Flowers pop up where the body lies, seeds fly out of the flowers and a bee sucks the flowers and makes honey. Then the family of the girl buys the honey from the store. And the family eats the girl.

The list could've ended there. So psyched for Super, trying to get everyone I know to see it, and I'm saving a bit of money in case I get the chance to try and go to the LA premiere if there is an official one. Better not be on the 30th, but any other day is fine :D.

Pretty good list, I especially love #1, #2, #11.
