The Grammy Awards (US music award) nominations were announced earlier today....and the Juno Soundtrack was nominated for Best Soundtrack!

Not sure who would get the award if Juno wins....I am thinking that Jason Reitman and the other producers would receive it....but according to the award description it could also mean Kimya Dawson could receive the award too...

There is no fan voting....and the Grammy Awards have been known to do funny things (Milli Vanilli winning comes to mind)....but I kinda like Juno's chances among this group. I think the Sweeney Todd ST is probably the main competitor here...and I would hurl if Mamma Mia won it.

In all....good news. And, props again to Ellen...for without her input the Juno ST would not have been what it is :super:
